The Open Society Institute, in cooperation with several internationally accredited law schools, is establishing a Palestinian Rule of Law Project. The project will support the training, over the next 4-5 years, of a highly select cadre of 40-60 Palestinian lawyers in rigorous LLM programs at top Law Schools in the United States and Hungary, with a commitment to return to the West Bank and Gaza for one year to work full time in public sector activities that promote international legal standards and the rule of law.
